Step by Step Guide to Thicken Nail Polish
- The first thing that you need to do is open your nail polish bottle.
- And then place it in an area that is warm and has a constant air-flow, close to an open window would work great.
- Now if you want to speed it up you can place your nail polish bottle close to a fan.
- Meanwhile, you are gonna need to soak the brush with some nail polish remover to prevent it from getting hard.
- Next, you are gonna have to check your polish every 10 minutes or so to see its consistency.
- You can use a toothpick to examine the polish.
- Finally, once the polish is thick enough you can screw on back its cover.

I have never tried this before but from research, I have found that you can add Xanthan Gum Powder to your nail polish to thicken it.
